My value system is continuously growing and changing over the years. This list is by no means exhaustive or finished. It serves as a mood board of ideas to give you an impression of what I find important and meaningful to see whether we match!

Innovation and growth lies in collaborations between professionals who all share the credit. Everybody can do their best if the team environment is maintained as a safe, open and supportive space. Every person involved in the project is of significance. You never know who will make a valuable contribution that will lead in the right direction.

It is crucial to talk about responsibilities, attitudes, emotions, perceptions openly. Openness to one another brings in new viewpoints and perspectives, as well as gives an insight of collaborators around - their values, norms and practices.

Creating professional networks that are built on trust. To maintain this network it is crucial to regularly check in whether we speak the same language and, when needed, provide a translation in between various participants.

Sustainability is a practical everyday exercise - to question whether materials, energy, time is invested wisely. Sometimes the best strategy is to wait, at other times things need to be let go off fearlessly.

It is crucial to have clearly and honestly defined aims at the beginning of the process. Clear division of tasks and responsibilities needs to be communicated between team members. As well as an agreement reached on how the decisions will be made. Life is a constant change - the key is to keep clarity throughout the process.

Movement signifies aliveness. It can come in any form. Material reality grounds us but it is exciting to push the boundaries towards the unknown.
